Die, Mould and Gauge Design and Manufacturing

With over 60 years of expertise and knowledge in the process analysis and design of dies, moulds and gauges, we will develop the most efficient process to transform your product from raw material to a superior quality finished product.
We design and manufacture in house and will deliver a fully integrated solution with the corresponding inspection gauges or gauging systems to verify your parts' specifications.

Deep Drawing

We are experts in deep drawing processes in different materials. We provide efficient solutions to your complex deep drawn parts' needs.


We manufacture stamped parts from a variety of materials, including Aluminum, CRS, HRS, HSLA, AHSS, Stainless Steel and Copper. Our in house tool shop will design and manufacture your dies. We maintain and service all our dies in house. This allows us to provide you with consistent quality and immediate response for engineering changes. Our Kanban derived production system will provide you with the right amount of parts delivered to your assembly process on time every time.

Prototyping and Small Batch

If you need a single part or a small amount of prototypes to verify your design or process or if you simply need small continuous runs of you parts, we will design the most efficient process and if needed we will manufacture the appropriate tooling for your prototype or products.


We are a fully integrated EDM service provider.
